* Returns must be shipped at the customers' own expense.
* You must Contact Us within 15 days purchase.
* You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
* Vacuums must be returned in new condition with all original packaging including, documents and accessories.
* Once the product is received and evaluated, we will credit your account.

* We can help you locate your nearest authorized warranty dealer.
* We can take care of any warranty issue in our own facilities; however, if we are not your closest warranty facility shipping costs would apply after the initial 30 day period.
