At PlatinumVacuum.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair refund and return policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing original parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone within the 30-day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA.

Important: For expensive items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning your product. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without insurance.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Exchanges and Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges for different models or products are processed as a return followed by a new purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products, such as vacuum bags or consumable accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
